Contact Service Department

Our service department consists of 4 full-time and 2 part-time trained technicians. We are trained and experienced in Novell and Microsoft software products, Okidata and HP printers and are currently working toward A+ computer repair certification. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you via phone, on-site or in-shop with computer repairs and troubleshooting including software as well as Internet questions. We build our systems ourselves and keep a file on each customer so we know what your systems have in case your needs should change or if an upgrade is requested. We use only quality parts including Intel motherboards and processors, brand name video cards, US Robotics modems; our memory modules are lifetime warranted.

Need a driver for an older printer or video card? Visit our driver page for popular sites and instructions for finding the driver on your own, or e-mail us and we'll help you find it, e-mailing the information back to you or downloading it for you and including it on floppy disk or a CD-ROM. If requested, we can even include printed instructions. Note: there may be a fee for more than just helping.

Have a question about software or how some hardware works? Let us know. We don't have all the answers (no one does), but we know where to find them. Many times we can find the answer the same day and e-mail you the answer as well as where we found it.
